The story of Eyüboğlu Gayrimenkul began in 1988 with a small consultancy office opened in İstanbul. From the very first day, we have built every step we take on a single principle: knowing the region and its people closely.
Over time we extended our operations to Kocaeli and Bilecik, developing broad expertise from plots and farmland to villa projects, and from urban real estate to investment portfolios. This growth gave rise to our regional brands such as Sevindikli, Kandıra Yatırım and Bilecikte Yatırım.
