The data are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data are being processed.
To request information if they have been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose.
To know the third parties to whom the data are transferred, domestically or abroad.
To request the correction of data that have been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
To request the deletion or destruction of the data.
To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred.
To object to a result arising against you due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems, and to request compensation for any damage you suffer.

7. Method of Application

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with information verifying your identity, in writing to the address Adil Mah. Osmanbey Cd. 17/A, 34920 Sultanbeyli / İstanbul or to the e-mail address bilgi@eyuboglugayrimenkul.com. Your applications will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
